We depend upon volunteers like you to staff our Summer season. If you have not volunteered for us in the recent past, please download, complete, and mail the linked forms. After your form is processed, you will receive a confirmation by email or a hardcopy letter. We prefer ushers over the age of 14. Any volunteer 16 years and under must have adult supervision during their volunteer duties.

SUMMER SEASON VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES:
USHER: For this position, you will be able to attend the play for which you are ushering.
For Glen shows:
- arrive 2.0 hours before curtain. Work during intermission. Stay after the show to help clean up,
- Attire is black only (tops and bottoms). Dress in layers for the Glen.
- You will be allowed to place your Glen chairs before the show.
For Mainstage shows:
- arrive 1.5 hours before curtain. Work during intermission. Stay after the show to help clean up.
- Attire is black only (tops and bottoms).
GIFT CONCESSIONS: For this position, you will receive a voucher to see a show at a later date, excepting all Saturday shows and Sunday matinees.
- Arrive two hours early. Work through intermission(s) and help close.
- If it’s a matinee, stay, as you would if you were ushering, until the audiences have left. We do sell merchandise after matinees.
PARKING INFO: With construction taking place on campus, accessible parking is always a challenge. If you are physically able to walk a short distance, we request that you park at Porter College (turn left off Heller just before you get to Meyer Drive) and walk to the Theatre Arts Center. Please reserve the very limited parking in the Theatre Art lot for those volunteers with physical limitations. Parking in BOTH the Theatre Arts and Porter parking lots requires a $2. Regardless of your parking location, please give yourself a little extra time!

If you have filled out forms already, simply call to schedule your volunteer hours. Confirmation is by email and while we will strive to respond to you in a timely manner, if you do not receive confirmation of your schedule within a week, please call. Click here to view production calendar.
Choose your dates carefully! Late cancellations create difficulties for our house staff. If an individual from your group must cancel, please show up with the rest of your group, as large groups are impossible to replace.
